  1. Introduction

Welcome to flygpengardirekt.se. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review our general terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

  1. Services

Flygpengardirekt Nordic AB assists passengers in applying for compensation from airlines in accordance with EU regulations, including but not limited to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, Regulation (EC) No 889/2002, and relevant international agreements such as the Montreal Convention of 28 May 1999.

  1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  1. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Cooperate with us in the application process and/or legal process, including providing all necessary documentation.
  • Refrain from using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  1. Compensation Claims

Our services involve assisting you in applying for compensation from airlines due to delays, cancellations, or denied boarding according to applicable EU regulations and international agreements. We do not guarantee that any claim will be successful. The outcome depends on, among other things, the airline’s policies, applicable laws, and requirements.

  1. Our Rights

    a) We have the right to obtain information about the trip and claim from external sources and to forward your contact details and flight information to the airline and any third parties, such as lawyers or travel agencies, in accordance with our privacy policy.

    b) We have the right to take all legal actions that may contribute to the payment of compensation, including legal proceedings against the airline or travel agency.

    c) We reserve the right to terminate further proceedings at any time and without notice, for example, if new information in the case makes it impossible for us to pursue the compensation and/or payment, if legal rules have changed, if the airline’s payment ability has deteriorated, if the claim has expired, or similar circumstances. The above list is not exhaustive.

    d) We have the right, with binding effect, to enter into settlements, compositions, and other arrangements, for example to ensure that compensation is fulfilled in the event of an airline’s bankruptcy, expected bankruptcy, payment stoppage, or known financial difficulties. Such an agreement will mean that the original claim is replaced by the actual amount agreed upon with the airline.

    e) We have the sole right to decide whether a case should go to trial. This decision will be based on various factors, including our assessment of the likelihood of winning the dispute, the airline’s payment ability, expected trial costs, and more. We cover all costs for any trial, whether we win or lose. However, we do not cover any court fees or reminder fees that the court imposes, as these are used to pursue the dispute and/or cover attorney fees.


    f) Together with our subsidiaries and business partners, such as lawyers, attorneys, airlines, travel agencies, and others, we have the right to contact you by phone, mail, and electronic media in connection with the implementation of the claim and with offers of other products and services. You can opt out of being contacted at any time by sending an email to info@flygpengardirekt.se.
  2. Fees and Payment

We offer our services on a success-based fee, which means you only pay if your claim is successful. Our basic fee is 30% of the compensation received. Upon a successful claim, the fee will be deducted from the compensation amount before it is transferred to you.

You will receive at least 70% of the compensation paid to us, excluding actual bank transfer costs. The amount will be paid to you as soon as possible and normally within a maximum of 10 business days after we have received the amount.

If we must terminate attempts to obtain compensation, this is at no cost to you, and the claim to the compensation reverts to you so that you can attempt to claim compensation by other means.

In some cases, we reserve the right to invoice you (our customer) directly for our regular fee of 30% of the compensation amount received from the airline, plus an additional 20% if Instant Payout has been chosen. Any legal costs may also be invoiced directly to you. This may occur in the following situations:

  • If the compensation has been paid directly to you.
  • If you have provided us with incorrect information or failed to send us important information or sign important documents that may affect the outcome of the case, or if you, after our written requests, still fail to meet the obligations mentioned in point 4.
  • If you have registered your claim or transferred your claim in agreement with another company, despite having created the case with Flygpengardirekt.se and accepted our terms.
  • If you independently, without our involvement or knowledge, enter into an agreement with the airline, which creates additional administration for us. We therefore reserve the right to invoice an additional amount of €50 for administrative costs.

  • If you wish to terminate the agreement for debt collection through us before the case is completed.

If the case needs to be taken to the competent court via a summons application, the following rules apply:
An additional 20% of the compensation amount will be charged if we need to take your case to court to secure your compensation. This constitutes an extra fee covering the additional legal work required to fight your case in court. This means that the total fee for court cases is 50% of the compensation amount. The compensation awarded to the winning party for incurred legal costs will also go to Flygpengardirekt Nordic AB as these fees are paid by us during the case.

7.1 Instant Payout

We offer in certain cases an additional service called “Instant Payout,” which means that you as a consumer can receive your expected preliminary compensation paid within 24 hours on weekdays excluding holidays. This option is offered at an additional fee corresponding to approximately 10–30% of the compensation received, depending on the individual case.

Even if you choose Instant Payout when submitting your case, this does not guarantee that you and your case qualify for this service. A manual assessment will be made by our staff after the case is submitted. If we assess that your case is not qualified for Instant Payout, we will continue to offer our standard services, meaning you will have to wait until the airline sends the compensation amount to us before we can pay the compensation to you.

If your current compensation in the case is not paid out by the airline to us within 90 days from the date we received your case, we reserve the right to reclaim the preliminary compensation you have received from us via the Instant Payout service according to this section of the terms. If we decide to reclaim the paid preliminary compensation, you must repay the amount within 10 days. However, we will continue to pursue your case under our standard services, and our fee remains unchanged.

After the airline has paid the compensation, Flygpengardirekt Nordic AB has the right to claim the difference from you as a customer, so that our share of the compensation from the airline amounts to at least 50%.
Example: If we have preliminarily paid you 500 SEK, but the airline compensates only 800 SEK, we have the right to reclaim 100 SEK from you to cover our costs related to this service.

If the compensation from the airline exceeds the initially estimated compensation, Flygpengardirekt Nordic AB reserves the right to keep all excess compensation as part of the Instant Payout service.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Flygpengardirekt Nordic AB is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of compensation arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
  • Changes in the airline’s policies or applicable laws.
  • Any actions or omissions of the airline or third parties.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Flygpengardirekt Nordic AB and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content accessed through our services without our written consent.

  1. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, is incorporated by reference into these terms. You can find this policy on our website by clicking on the menu, then “legal” and “Privacy Policy.”

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

  1. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

These terms apply from the moment the Customer has created their case on www.flygpengardirekt.se and until the case is concluded by one of the parties. After the agreement is signed, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal during which the case can be closed without any costs to the Customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the withdrawal form below.
