- Introduction
Welcome to flygpengardirekt.se. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.
- Services
Flygpengardirekt AB assists passengers in claiming compensation from airlines in accordance with EU regulations, including but not limited to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, Regulation (EC) No 889/2002, and relevant international agreements such as the Montreal Convention of May 28, 1999.
- Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
- User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Cooperate with us in the application process, including providing all necessary documentation.
- Refrain from using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Compensation Claims
Our services involve assisting you in claiming compensation from airlines for delays, cancellations, or denied boarding in accordance with applicable EU regulations and international agreements. We do not guarantee the success of any claim, and the outcome depends on the airline’s policies and legal requirements.
- Our Rights
a) We have the right to obtain information about the trip and the claim from external sources and to forward your contact details and flight information to the airline and any third parties, such as lawyers or travel agencies, in accordance with our privacy policy.
b) We have the right to take any legal action that may contribute to the payment of compensation, including legal proceedings against the airline or travel agency.
c) We reserve the right to cease further proceedings at any time and without notice, for example, if new information in the case makes it impossible to pursue compensation, if legal rules have changed, if the airline’s payment ability deteriorates, if the case becomes statute-barred, or similar circumstances.
d) We have the right, with binding effect, to enter into settlements, compositions, and other arrangements to ensure that compensation is paid in the event of an airline’s bankruptcy, expected bankruptcy, payment cessation, or known financial difficulties. Such an agreement will replace the original claim with the actual amount we agree upon with the airline.
e) We have the exclusive right to decide whether a case should go to trial. This decision will be based on various factors, including our assessment of the likelihood of winning the trial, the airline’s payment ability, the expected costs of the trial, and more. We cover all costs for any trial, regardless of whether it is won or lost. However, we do not cover any court costs or reminder fees imposed by the court, as these are used to cover legal fees.
f) Together with our subsidiaries and business partners, such as lawyers, airlines, travel agencies, and others, we have the right to contact you by phone, letter, and electronic media in connection with processing the claim and with offers for other products and services. You can opt out of being contacted at any time by sending an email to info@flygpengardirekt.se. - Fees and Payment
We offer our services on a success-based fee, meaning you only pay if your claim is successful. Our basic fee is 30% of the obtained compensation. Upon a successful claim, the fee will be deducted from the compensation amount before it is transferred to you.
You will receive at least 70% of the compensation paid to us, except for actual costs for bank transfers. The amount will be paid to you as soon as possible, usually within a maximum of 10 business days after we have received the amount.
In the event that we must abandon attempts to obtain compensation, this is at no cost to you, and the claim reverts to you, allowing you to seek compensation by other means.
In certain cases, we reserve the right to invoice you (our customer) directly for our regular fee of 30% of the compensation amount received from the airline, plus an additional 20% if Instant Payout was chosen. Any legal costs may also be invoiced directly to you. This may occur under the following circumstances:
- If the compensation has been paid directly to you.
- If you have provided us with incorrect information or failed to send us important information or sign important documents that may affect the outcome of the case, or if you do not fulfill the obligations mentioned in section 4 after our written requests.
- If you have reported your claim or transferred your claim in agreement with another company, despite creating the case with Flygpengardirekt.se and accepting our terms.
If you independently, without our involvement or knowledge, reach an agreement with the airline, this results in additional administration for us. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of €50 for administrative costs.
- If you wish to terminate the agreement for debt collection through us before the case is completed.
7.1 Instant Payout
We offer an additional service called “Instant Payout,” which allows you to receive your expected preliminary compensation within 24 hours on weekdays. This option is offered for an additional fee of approximately 20% of the obtained compensation, depending on the individual case.
Even if you choose Instant Payout when submitting your case, this does not guarantee that you and your case qualify for this service. A manual assessment will be made after the case is submitted. If we determine that your case is not eligible for Instant Payout, we will continue to offer our standard services, meaning you will wait for the airline to send the compensation amount to us before we can pay you.
If your case has not been paid by the airline within 90 days of receiving your case, we reserve the right to reclaim the preliminary compensation. If we decide to reclaim the paid preliminary compensation, you must repay the amount within 10 days. We will continue to pursue your case according to our standard services, and our fee remains unchanged.
After the airline has paid the compensation, Flygpengardirekt AB has the right to demand the difference from you as a customer, so that our share of the compensation from the airline amounts to at least 50%. Example: If we have preliminarily paid out 500 SEK to you, but the airline compensates only 800 SEK, we have the right to reclaim 100 SEK from you to cover our costs related to this service.
If the compensation from the airline exceeds the initially estimated compensation, Flygpengardirekt AB reserves the right to retain all excess compensation as part of the Instant Payout service.
- Limitation of Liability
Flygpengardirekt AB is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay in compensation arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
- Changes in the airline’s policies or applicable laws.
- Any actions or omissions of the airline or third parties.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to Flygpengardirekt AB and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
- Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, is incorporated by reference into these terms.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
- Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Cancellation and Withdrawal
These terms apply from the moment the client establishes their case on www.flygpengardirekt.se and until the case is concluded by either party. After the agreement is signed, the client has a 14-day withdrawal period during which the case can be closed without any costs to the client. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client can use the withdrawal form below.
